Bruno del Pino joins Van Amersfoort Racing for the 2026 season

Van Amersfoort Racing have confirmed that Bruno del Pino will be racing for them in the 2026 FIA Formula 3 season.

Del Pino returns for a second campaign in F3 after a rookie year in which he had plenty of positive moments, including a second-place finish in the Imola Sprint Race.

Prior to that, the 19-year-old finished third in the 2024 Eurocup-3 Championship as well as the 2022 FIA Motorsport Games Formula 4 Cup.

The Spaniard is now set to return for another season in F3 with VAR and at the announcement he expressed how excited he was for the opportunity.

“I’m really proud to be joining VAR,” said del Pino. “It’s a project that excites me a lot, and I’m thankful for the trust the team has shown in me ahead of the 2026 season. I can’t wait to give my best on track and work hard to help the team achieve great results.”

Van Amersfoort Racing Team Principal Brad Joyce also added: “We’re excited to welcome Bruno to the team as he completes our FIA Formula 3 line up for 2026. With a season of F3 already under his belt and a strong record in Eurocup-3, he brings both experience and proven consistency to the team. The upcoming post season tests will give him the chance to get familiar with our environment and we will prepare together for the season ahead. We’re looking forward to working with him and are confident he will be a strong asset as we take on the 2026 campaign.”
