It has been a stellar year for all three MP Motorsport drivers as each have taken to the podium at least once this season.
But there is more to them than their on-track performances, and recently we caught up with Tim Tramnitz, Alessandro Giusti and Bruno del Pino to talk all things teammates.
Bruno del Pino: “Sandro is sleepy, because he always looks like he is sleeping.”
Alessandro Giusti: “What?”
Del Pino: “Mate, you are always sleeping everywhere. Tim is just that chill meme, he's just a chill guy.”
Tim Tramnitz: “Bruno is the opposite from a chill guy, he is always running around, having a heart rate of 180. Sandro is usually quite calm but very emotional if things don't go to plan.”
Giusti: “I think Tim is right on Bruno, he is always excited to do everything and Tim is pretty chill.”

Giusti: “It's quite hard honestly. I don't have examples of qualities. Of course they are good drivers.”
Del Pino: “What a teammate.”
Giusti: “Bruno is really good at school, we are always at a racetrack and he passed his test.” Tramnitz: “In terms of racing, Sandro is quite consistent at building up as a rookie and Bruno is he is always late.”
Del Pino: “No no. Come on guys, how can you come up with that? Tim's qualities are always coming late to the simulator, the least time spent on the sim and Sandro, his hair, always looking after it.”
Giusti: “That's not a quality.”
Del Pino: “It's a quality.”
Tramnitz: “It depends. I think we all have quite different humours but I think Bruno, it's like because he is a bit crazy. He is nice crazy.”
Del Pino: “Everyone is funny in their own way. We enjoy things.”
Giusti: “Paella for Bruno and Hamburger because Tim is from Hamburg.”
Del Pino: “Schnitzel for everyone. “
Giusti: “I'm not a fan.”
Tramnitz: “What do you usually eat?”
Del Pino: “All he eats is pasta and pizza.”

Del Pino: “Myself. No, everyone is good looking. I mean everyone is attractive to someone.”
Tramnitz: “That's true.”
Del Pino: “Tim, he is a mechanic sometimes.”
Tramnitz: “I never reply but I am also never on my phone, so Bruno is worst.”
Giusti: “Tim is always on TikTok.”
Del Pino: “No what do you mean you are never on your phone. I remember two or three weeks ago I sent you a message and you didn't answer me and he still hasn't answered me."
Tramnitz: “Even though we are all sometimes on TikTok I would say I am the least on the phone out of us three.”
Giusti: “No way.”
Tramnitz: “Bruno is not on his phone but always on his iPad.”
Giusti: “Yeah that's true, he's always on it.”
Tramnitz: “When we went to dinner, he brought a huge iPad, put it on the table and was watching a movie.”
Del Pino: “I am watching movies but also racing.”

Del Pino: “I have learned a lot of things from both of them in different areas. Racing-wise it's been good having two great teammates. Personality and being together as teammates outside of the racetrack, I have learned a bit about cars from Tim because I always ask his opinion on cars I like.”
Tramnitz: “You are always asking questions about cars, I answer them and then you choose something different.”
Del Pino: “I am looking to save money to buy a new car in the future so I always ask him. I say this one or this one. He says which one and then I pick the other one.”
Tramnitz: “I think from Sandro, there are some things in terms of driving technique that are working quite well that I can learn from. It's quite also a mentality thing with Bruno, he is quite positive always and I think that's also something that's important.”
Giusti: “Obviously some techniques over one lap from Tim but also race craft, and Bruno, his technique during the preseason test, especially in Barcelona, he was so fast. That's the biggest thing I've learned.”
Del Pino: “You have to go back to pre-season, the season is almost done.
Giusti: “It's the biggest thing I've learned from you.”
Giusti: “I don't really have a filter, if I want to say something I say it.”
Tramnitz: “Just don't speak to your girlfriend all the time.”
Giusti: “That's why he is always on his phone.”
Del Pino: “Mate I don't speak to my girlfriend all the time. When I am on my phone sometimes it's to speak to my father.
Del Pino: “What are your gym sessions like?”
Tramnitz: “I have a plan from Red Bull.”
Giusti: “Basically every day and a bit of conditioning.”
Del Pino: “I do two sessions a day of gym. One in the morning and one in the afternoon.”
Giusti: “Home sim counts?”
Del Pino: “How many races do you do on iRacing?”
Giusti: “Every day, three or four.”
Del Pino: “I don't play that much but when I am home, I do one or two races per day.”
Tramnitz: “Sometimes I don't go on the sim for a day and then the next day I do like six hours.”
Del Pino: “I travel to one sim in Italy for a day and then I do that and that's enough simulator for a few days.”
Tramnitz: “I think it's quite equal because I also go to Red Bull for sim preparation sometimes, I don't know what it's like with Williams.”
Giusti: “Yeah it's the same.”
