Gladysz eyeing title in 2027 as he returns to familiar settings in MP Motorsport

Maciej Gladysz is raring to go again in F3 with MP Motorsport in 2027

Maciej Gladysz is returning for a second season of Formula 3 in a familiar environment, and he hopes to MP Motorsport will bring title success.

The Polish driver is set to race with MP in 2027, a team with which he has plenty of history, having driven for them in his first two seasons in single seater racing.

During that time, Gladysz finished third in the 2024 Formula Winter Series and Spanish F4 Championship.

In 2025, Gladysz and MP won the Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship, and after a year away, he is delighted to back with the Dutch outfit.

“Obviously it's quite good to be back,” said Gladysz. “I used to race for the team in the Spanish F4 and Eurocup-3 championship. I know most of the people, so I'm happy to be back with them.

“I think we can score some great achievements for the 2027 season. Obviously, I will not be a rookie next year. I will, of course, have some experience and I will try to use that experience for better results.”

The Pole is hoping to use the lessons of 2026 to go even stronger next season with his new team

Gladysz enjoyed plenty of high moments in his rookie season, especially at Silverstone where he won the Feature Race.

The 18-year-old also achieved several points finishes in early part of the campaign, but struggled in the final three rounds for results, where he did not score.

Looking ahead to 2027, Gladysz says he has learned a lot from his rookie experience, especially when it comes to improving his Qualifying form.

“I think, obviously what I need to work on is quali,” he said. “Obviously, I need to work on quali performance. I think this year that was my main limiting factor.

“I think this needs to be sorted for next year. If it gets sorted, I think we will be there fighting for big points.”

On the goal for 2027, Gladysz insists he does not want to put too much pressure on himself regarding results, although he knows what the big goal is at the end of the season.

“Well, the goal, obviously, is winning the championship,” he said. “But the first thing I want to focus on is to keep being consistent.

“I am not putting any pressure on myself because I want to keep enjoying it as much as possible. I hope, in the end, the result will be there, so let’s see.”
