Post-race 1 time penalty strips Colombo of first place, with Iwasa taking maiden F3 win

Lorenzo Colombo has been handed a post-race 5s time penalty, stripping him of his first Formula 3 victory and handing the win to Ayumu Iwasa, who finished second on track.
The Italian had taken an emotional first win in Race 1 at Budapest and dedicated it to late team owner Adrian Campos. However, following a post-race investigation, the Italian has since been found to have driven more than ten car lengths behind the Safety Car prior to the car turning its lights out for the restart.
The resulting time penalty demotes Colombo from first to seventh and promotes Hitech Grand Prix racer Iwasa for his maiden victory in the Championship.
Olli Caldwell inherits second place, with Logan Sargeant taking third and his first podium of the season.
