Following the conclusion of the FIA Formula 3 Feature Race at Imola, AIX Racing’s Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak has been assigned a post-race penalty.

During the Feature Race, Car 26 had stopped on track but then restarted the car’s engine after receiving a push from the marshals, breaching Article 22.4 of the 2024 FIA Formula 3 Sporting Regulations.

After reviewing video evidence as well as hearing from the team and driver representative, the Stewards determined he had indeed restarted the engine after receiving outside assistance and assigned a drive-through penalty as a result.

Because the penalty could not be served in race, it is instead converted into a 20-second time penalty.

With Inthraphuvasak’s penalty applied, the Thai driver drops from P27 to P28 in the results.

Secondly, Rodin Motorsport’s Callum Voisin has been handed a post-race time penalty.

During the race, Car 29 made contact with Car 27 of AIX Racing’s Nikita Bedrin trying to make an overtake at Turn 2.

After hearing from both drivers and their respective team representatives, as well as reviewing video evidence of the incident, the Stewards determined that Voisin, the driver of Car 29 had been wholly responsible for the contact.

As a result, the Stewards assigned a 10-second time penalty to Voisin.

The Rodin driver remains 29th in the classification.
