Ugran handed post-Race 1 time penalty

Jenzer Motorsport’s Filip Ugran has received a 10s-time penalty following a collision with Ido Cohen in Race 1 at Sochi.
The Romanian approached Turn 10 with the Carlin Buzz Racing driver partially alongside him on the outside. However, Ugran made contact with Cohen at the entry of the corner and the Stewards have determined that he is solely to blame.
Ugran finished the race in 25th place and remains in that position with the penalty applied.
