Collet on what his dream race track would look like

We hand the reigns over to MP Motorsport driver Caio Collet, who crafts a brand-new addition to the Formula 3 calendar. Choosing everything from the country, to the celebrity that he would invite, the Alpine junior creates a new race weekend.
WHERE WOULD THE RACE BE HELD?
“I would really like to go to Japan. I think that Suzuka is awesome and the fans there are great, they’re really supporting motorsport.”
HOW WOULD THE TRACK BE LAID OUT?
“There would be a lot of high-speed corners. I would take Maggots and Becketts from Silverstone, sector 2 from Budapest, and sector 1 from Suzuka. I have never driven at Suzuka before, but it lets you maximise the speed and the downforce of the car and takes guts and courage.
“My circuit would be a mixture between these three tracks mostly, although I think I would need to add a slow speed section from somewhere else. Maybe Interlagos sector 2, which is really nice.”

DRY OR WET?
“It depends on where I am starting… If I am starting from the front, then I would like a dry race, if I am starting at the back, then I would like some rain to be able to overtake and make my way up the field.”
DAY OR NIGHT?
“I really like to race at night, I think it just seems a bit faster. Starting at sunset, with it getting darker and darker during the race, that would be cool.”
WHICH CELEBRITY WOULD YOU INVITE TO THE RACE?
“Oscar Piastri, because he is my number one fan!"
