Carlin Buzz Racing’s Ido Cohen and Jenzer Motorsport’s Filip Ugran have been handed penalties following today’s Race 2 at Zandvoort.
Cohen has received a grid drop of three places for tomorrow’s Race 3, after the Stewards determined that he had made contact with Dennis Hauger in today’s Race 2 at Zandvoort.
The Israeli driver was attempting an outside pass on the Norwegian in the middle of Turn 3 in the final stages of the race. His left front wing made contact with the right rear tyre of the PREMA driver, causing a puncture. The Carlin driver will now start from P19 in Race 3.

Ugran has received a 10s-time penalty. The Jenzer Motorsport driver was found guilty of making contact with Jonny Edgar in the middle of Turn 9, causing the Carlin racer to spin.
The Stewards determined that Ugran was wholly responsible for the contact. As a consequence, 10s have been added to his total race time. The Romanian, who had finished in 12th, now classifies 24th, ahead Edgar.
