Zendeli handed grid drop penalty

Lirim Zendeli has been handed a three-place grid drop for tomorrow’s FIA Formula 3 Race 1 at Spa-Francorchamps, following an infringement in today’s Qualifying session.
The Sauber Junior Team by Charouz driver was found to have misjudged the speed of Sebastian Fernandez on the approach to Turn 14, which caused a collision. The stewards examined video evidence and determined that Zendeli was responsible for this.
The German, who had originally qualified P29, will now start Race 1 from 30th on the grid.
