Ugran to start Races 1 and 3 from the pitlane

Jenzer Motorsport’s Filip Ugran has been given permission by the Stewards to start Races 1 and 3 from the pitlane, even though he did not set a time within 107% of the fastest lap during Qualifying.
The Romanian was unable to set a time in Free Practice or Qualifying for medical reasons. However, Jenzer have submitted information to the Stewards demonstrating that he has sufficient speed and experience at this circuit to safely participate.
However, since that experience was not set under normal event conditions, he will be required to start from the pit lane.
