Round 2 of F2 and F3 Virtual Racing entry list confirmed

F2 Virtual Racing is back and Arthur Leclerc is the driver with a perfect record having swept the first round at Sakhir – with two wins, pole position and two fastest laps. The PREMA Racing driver is the man to beat, but there’s a whole host of names gearing up to beat him in Round 2, which takes place at Barcelona this Sunday.
Using the F2 cars on Codemasters’ F1 2019, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will play host to 19 racers from FIA F2 and F3 at 1600 BST/1500 UTC on May 10, and you can watch all the action on F1’s YouTube or Twitch channels.
There are a few changes to the entry list (scroll down for the full grid), with F2’s 2019 best rookie Guanyu Zhou joining his UNI-Virtuosi team, 2012 GP2 Series Champion Davide Valsecchi taking over from Christian Lundgaard for ART Grand Prix, and Sean Gelael replacing Calan Williams at DAMS.
Leclerc’s PREMA team mate for this race will be Sebastian Montoya while Sophia Floersch will make her Virtual F2 debut for Campos Racing. As in the first round, BWT HWA RACELAB will enter only one car – in memory of Anthoine Hubert. F2 fan favourite Artem Markelov will try his hand at virtual racing in car #18 as Jack Doohan moves to Carlin.
Can anyone dethrone Leclerc, whose sparkling F2 Virtual debut concluded with a stunning and unprecedent haul 48 points from the first round? Tune in on YouTube or Twitch and find out this Sunday, May 10.
