After nine rounds, 18 races and the crowning of a new Drivers’ and Teams’ Champions, the FIA Formula 3 paddock will reconvene in a night of celebration following the 2022 season. It will be the first time since 2019 the entire F3 paddock will come together for an entire night of festivities.
The gathering of drivers and teams will bring together all of the paddock for a final send off to the year. Commemorating the Champions, the records, numerous highlight moments and the camaraderie that defines the Formula 3 family, the official FIA F3 Prize Giving Ceremony is the perfect chance to reflect on the season gone by.
There are several awards that will be handed out on the night, including the acknowledgement of the top three in the Standings. Champion Victor Martins will receive his trophy, as will runner-up Zane Maloney and third-place man Oliver Bearman following impressive campaigns by all three.
While the top three will be heralded, awards will also be handed out on the night celebrating the very best of the 2022 season beyond the final table. Four awards are to be presented by Dallara once again, which will include but are not limited to standout performances from drivers on and off the track. These include 2022’s Best Rookie award, with plenty of candidates worthy of the honour.
Team endeavours and behind the scenes efforts will also be presented alongside the top three in the Teams’ Standings. ART Grand Prix, Trident and Champions PREMA Racing are all set to be honoured for their successful campaigns. Special guests are set to join in on the festivities and will be in attendance on what will be a special night for all the team members and drivers.
