Stanek completes Hitech Grand Prix roster for 2021

Czech driver Roman Staněk will complete Hitech Grand Prix’s 2021 line-up, joining Red Bull juniors Jak Crawford and Ayumu Iwasa at the British outfit for the upcoming Formula 3 campaign.
The 16-year-old was the youngest driver on the grid last season, making his debut with Charouz Racing System in the opening round at the Red Bull Ring. Staněk took three points in his rookie campaign, finishing 21st place.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to join Hitech,” Staněk elated. “I’m really excited to work with a new team and will be putting in the hard work for a successful season.”

Ahead of the jump to F3, the Czech racer won the rookie title in ADAC Formula 4 and took fifth in Italian F4, with three wins and six podiums.
Hitech Team Principal, Oliver Oakes, added: “We are delighted to have Staněk on board as we embark on what we hope will be another successful season.
“We always look forward to working with new drivers, and Staněk has shown the talent required in FIA F3 and Asian F3.”
