Sunglasses

There is a sticker on my car, on the back of my mirrors, which says EPOS. They are an Italian brand and one of my sponsors. They provide me with all of my sunglasses. It’s a really cool thing, because I really love sunglasses and they are always the first thing that I bring with me in the truck.

Warm-up equipment

I am really superstitious person - I have my own routine with my trainers, and the time when I do my warmups, and the time of my massage, stays the same everyday. I have a really good feeling with my trainer, because he understands what I like.

He brings all of the special things that I need for my routine, the jump rope, the tennis balls for my reaction training, the elastic for the neck, and everything else.

Nutritional snacks

I try a lot of products for my body and I see how I react for them, like isotonic drinks, and protein bars. I have a vegan protein bar with me here, because I am trying to be vegetarian, or vegan. I tried this for three months a year ago and I felt really good, more alert and energetic, so I am doing that again.

Massage gun

This is a special gun for massaging, and for warming up the neck and the back. This helps me to get ready in the car. It’s a bit painful laughs, but it’s really good. It uses vibration, which warms up the muscle quickly.

The most important thing for us, the most powerful thing that we have to use, is the neck, because of all the G-force that we have in the car. If you don't warm it up well, then it could be a massive problem. So it is really, really important to warm it up, and this helps me.
