Théo Pourchaire joined Formula 3 in 2020 after impressing in karting and winning the French F4 Championship in 2018, before following that up with the ADAC F4 crown in 2019.
Racing for ART Grand Prix in his debut campaign, he became the Championship’s youngest winner up until 2024, winning twice and finishing on the podium eight times in total.
He was one of three drivers battling for the Championship at the finale in Mugello, and despite finishing on the podium in third, lost out on the title to Oscar Piastri by three points.
Pourchaire graduated to Formula 2 full-time in 2021, where he’d go on to claim the Drivers’ Championship crown in 2023.
